Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

If the reservation is cancelled >8 weeks before the day of arrival, 100% of the first payment will be refunded.<\/p>\n

For cancellations 8-4 weeks before the day of arrival, 75% of the rental fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n

For cancellations 4-2 weeks before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n

For cancellations <2 weeks prior to the day of arrival, the rental fee will not be refunded. This also includes cases where no one shows up or a stay is terminated early. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Damage<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n

Aruba COCO reserves the right to claim any costs for damage to the accommodation caused by guests.<\/p>\n

Lost property and stolen goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aruba COCO offers 24-hour camera surveillance of the premises.<\/p>\n

Aruba COCO cannot be held liable for lost property or stolen goods.<\/p>\n
