Casa Aruba COCO is a luxury vacation home in a small-scale complex. It features a beautiful living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, smart TV and dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen is also located here and includes, among other things, a kettle, citrus juicer, blender for making fresh smoothies, plates, glassware and cutlery, kitchen utensils, children's tableware, an American-style refrigerator with freezer compartment, water dispenser and ice maker. There is also a dishwasher, grill toaster, microwave and large oven! And of course, a luxury coffee machine is provided for making a fresh cappuccino or latte.
The 2 separate bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet) both feature comfortable king-size M-line beds, perfectly arranged with wonderful pillows and high-quality bed linen. Blackout curtains are provided, as well as several different pillows so you can choose the level of comfort you prefer.
There are plenty of clothes hangers in the closets, giving you ample storage space, while the walk-in closet also provides room for trolleys and suitcases. An additional children's bed can be provided if required. The property also has 2 luxurious bathrooms featuring, among other things, a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, heated mirrors and plenty of storage space.
Here you will also find a Dyson hair dryer, Dyson Airwrap and aloe vera products. All rooms are equipped with A/C (including the living room), and each unit can be controlled independently.
You also have your own washing machine and dryer inside the property. There is a spacious private terrace with a botanical garden and panoramic views of the city skyline, where you can watch luxury cruise ships arrive, as well as enjoy views of the sea. On your terrace, you can choose between sun and shade. It is furnished with a luxurious lounge set (chairs and footstools) and a spacious dining table.
The complex offers fantastic facilities, including a 100 m2 saltwater swimming pool with palapa areas where you can relax comfortably in the shade. Parking spaces, an elevator, security in the evenings and at night, and 24/7 security on weekends are also provided.
