If the reservation is cancelled >8 weeks before the day of arrival, 100% of the first payment will be refunded.

For cancellations 8-4 weeks before the day of arrival, 75% of the rental fee will be refunded.

For cancellations 4-2 weeks before the day of arrival, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

For cancellations <2 weeks prior to the day of arrival, the rental fee will not be refunded. This also includes cases where no one shows up or a stay is terminated early.

Aruba COCO reserves the right to claim any costs for damage to the accommodation caused by guests.

Lost property and stolen goods

Aruba COCO offers 24-hour camera surveillance of the premises.

Aruba COCO cannot be held liable for lost property or stolen goods.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aruba COCO, its partners, apartment owners, property manager, employees, and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, or liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or alleged to be the result of your breach of these Terms of Use, your reliance on material posted on the Website, or as a result of material you post on the Website.
